In order to use a Thunderbolt device, you need to ensure your computer has Thunderbolt port.
By default, Mac OSX chooses the most suitable resolution based on factors such as your monitors, GPU, Thunderbolt capability, and other settings. However, it is possible to adjust the resolution yourself.
How to adjust display resolution
If the external monitor connecting to Thunderbolt or USB-C dock is flickering, try the following tips.
Jumbo Frames are Ethernet frames that can carry more than 1500 bytes of payload and can go up to 9000 bytes. All CalDigit Thunderbolt Docks can support Jumbo frames.
If your dock is not outputting any sound on your Windows 10 computer, ensure that this dock is approved, selected as the primary output device, and not using ‘exclusive mode’.
