If the external monitor connecting to Thunderbolt or USB-C dock is flickering, try the following tips:
- Please try the shorter video cable, for example 3-feet HDMI to HDMI cable.
- Please ensure that you are using CalDigit’s cable only to connect from Dock to your host machine.
- Update your OS and GPU drivers to the latest version.
- Try another monitor.
- If you are using Mac computer, please try to reset the NVRAM.
