We have noticed a low rate of Intel-based macOS computers experiencing kernel panics when connected to Thunderbolt 3 devices including a majority of our docking
The display functions of our docking stations is one of the key features that many users look for. With that being said, different users have

If the external monitor connecting to Thunderbolt or USB-C dock is flickering, try the following tips.
If your wireless keyboard and mouse may lag, disconnect, or not function while connected to USB port on the dock, please attach a USB extender.
In order to connect a DVI-D monitor to the DisplayPort port on USB-C Dock, an active DisplayPort to DVI-D adapter or cable is required. A regular passive DisplayPort to DVI cable will not work.
The USB drive plugged into the dock shut down itself every few minutes.

If you are using macOS version 10.14.6 and are experiencing issues when waking from sleep, please download Apple’s supplemental update to correct this.
If your external bus-powered drive requires more than 4.5W or 2.5W of power, you may see the drive disconnect randomly due to higher power requirements.
