Experiencing sleep issues in macOS 10.14.6? Try this supplemental update

If you have upgraded to Mac’s latest version of Mojave operating system, 10.14.6, and while connecting to a CalDigit device, such as the TS3 Plus, you are experiencing issues with your Mac going to sleep or waking from sleep do not worry. Apple has released a supplemental update to correct these issues and there have already been customers that reported success.

First, let’s check and make sure you are running Mojave 10.14.6, to do so select “About this Mac” from the Apple menu in the upper left of your desktop.
