Does SOHO Dock Support Offline Charging?
No. SOHO Dock does NOT support offline charging to downstream USB devices while there is no host connection. You must connect both host computer and Type-C charger to SOHO Dock in order to charge your USB devices.

Does the TS4 work on a legacy Thunderbolt 1 or Thunderbolt 2 Mac computer?
No. TS4 does not work with the legacy Thunderbolt 1 or Thunderbolt 2 Mac. Apple’s Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter (MMEL2AM) does not support Thunderbolt 4 devices such as CalDigit TS4 and Element Hub.
