My Thunderbolt 3 mac Laptop automatically boots up when I plug in CalDigit Dock or Storage?

Apple has implemented this new hardware feature into Thunderbolt 3 laptops after 2016 as well as the models of USB-C MacBook line from 2017. These Apple laptops now automatically boot up when a power source is connected, which include Apple charger and CalDigit Products that provide power to connected host computers.
