Is the CalDigit Thunderbolt 3 Dock compatible with the Apple Cinema Display?
CalDigit TS3 device’s are compatible with the Apple Cinema Display through the use of an adapter cable.

Video is not working out of USB-C port?
The two USB-C ports on the TS3 Plus are for data only. If you need to connect a USB-C or Thunderbolt monitor, you can connect it to the spare Thunderbolt 3 Type-C port on TS3 Plus.
