Using USB Hub or KVM Switch with TS4

If you’re looking to use the TS4 with a USB KVM switch, or with a USB Hub that has multiple ports (such as a 4, 8, 12, or 16 port hub), this could be tricky due to your KVM switch or USB Hub’s architecture limitation. If you find that your KVM or USB Hub does not work properly, we recommend to connect your KVM switch or USB Hub to one of the downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports, or to one of the front USB-C ports on the TS4.

You may need to use a USB-C to USB-A adapter if your KVM or USB Hub has a USB-A upstream connection.
