I am unable to partition my T4 RAID 5 drive in Disk Utility?
If you are having difficulties erasing and partitioning the T4 (RAID 5) in Apple Disk Utility, please try to create a new RAID 0 set first, then re-create a new RAID 5 set.
My T4 is NOT showing up in macOS 10.13 and 10.14
If your CalDigit T4 does not appear on your desktop in MacOS 10.13 or 10.14, it is possible that the CalDigit Drive Utility has not been installed.
My bus-powered drive disconnects randomly
If your external bus-powered drive requires more than 4.5W or 2.5W of power, you may see the drive disconnect randomly due to higher power requirements.
Can I use CalDigit Thunderbolt 3 Mini Docks with the legacy Thunderbolt 2 Macs?

This is normal behavior for the AV Pro 2. You should always check to make sure that the AV Pro 2 is properly dismounted or ejected before disconnecting the device from your computer.

Under ideal conditions, you can go 5x AV Pro 2 storage hubs deep in the chain.
