Last Update: June 4th, 2008 For HDPro/HDOne Please follow the procedures to upgrade to the latest version of driver (1.8.0): 1. Download CalDigit Uninstaller to uninstall the old drivers. http://www.CalDigit.com/Support/CalDigitUninstaller.zip 2. Please make sure HDPro or HDOne is turned off. 3. Install the new 1.8.0 driver. 4. Turn on HDPro or HDOne and restart your computer. If you want to use the HDPro/HDOne as a boot up volume under 10.5.3, please follow the procedures: 1. Go to Apple menu / About this mac / More info / System profiler / Hardware. Check Boot ROM and SMC version and make sure the MacPro's EFI is version 1.3. Please refer to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1237 for your MacPro's appropriate EFI and SMC firmware version.Download and upgrade the EFI 1.3 if you need to. 2. Install driver 1.8.0 and restart your MacPro. 3. Launch Raild Shield. MacPro's EFI version is 1.3. Users can upgrade accessing Controller / Update BIOS/EFI to upgrade. 4. Restart. For 10.4 users, please make sure MacPro's EFI version is 1.1. EFI version for HDPro or HDOne is 1.0. For CalDigit Raid Card 1. Go to Apple menu / About this mac / More info / System profiler / Hardware. Check Boot ROM and SMC version and make sure the MacPro's EFI is version 1.3.
