If you are unable to see your T4 in the RAID Utility, this software may have been automatically blocked by your operating system. Since macOS 10.13, Apple requires all users to allow any third party software that is installed.
While installing, you can ensure that this software is allowed from the onset. As this software installs on your computer, you may receive an alert message that reads ‘System Extension Blocked’. This will give you a prompt to either ignore or review this extension. Reviewing this extension will bring you to the general tab of the Security and Privacy pane of system preferences. Please check the bottom of this window and allow any driver produced by CalDigit and allow it. From here, your software should install properly.
If you have already installed this software, you can still accept this software up to a half hour after the initial download by navigating to your system preferences application and then to the Security and Privacy pane. If you have passed this 30-minute window, please reinstall this software to prompt this message again.
