Extended warranties are not available for products which are already out of warranty.
Extended warranties must be purchased within 90 days of sale.
Extended warranties are available only through CalDigit directly.
Extended warranties are NOT transferable. Customer is entitled for early termination of the extended warranties.
All limited warranty policies & rules applied. Extended warranties will be VOID if customer fail to follow these policies.
RMA replacement / upgrade products are NOT eligible for this extended warranties program.
CalDigit reserve the final decision right on the program's eligibility. Not all customer are eligible for this program.
CalDigit reserve the right to terminated this program without prior notice. This will not affect any existing participant.
Extended warranties ONLY apply to hardware repair / replacement. Directory corruption, DATA recovery, and any other software related issues will not be covered. For details, please check our limited warranty policies.
All qualify for cross-shipment replacement. (Subject to change by product current availability)
The extended warranty will overwrite the original warranty period (not extend).
